Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – GharGlam
Thank you for choosing GharGlam. All our products are handpicked and handcrafted in limited batches, not mass-produced. This means each piece is unique — slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and are not considered defects. We appreciate your understanding and support for handmade artistry.
We are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Refund or Replacement
We allow refunds or replacements only in genuine cases, such as:
- A wrong product was delivered
- A defective or damaged product was delivered
Process:
- Email us at help.gharglam@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product (the “Time Window”), with your order details.
- Attach a Product Receipt Video — a continuous video showing you receiving the package from the delivery agent, opening it, and showing the defect/damage.
- Our team will review and contact you for further steps.
Important:
We are not responsible for refund/replacement in cases where:
- Delivery failed because the recipient was unavailable or refused the package.
- The product was damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- No refund request was made within the Time Window.
- No Product Receipt Video was provided, or it doesn’t clearly show the issue.
Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to your original payment method.
Returns
- If you wish to return a product without any defect (“no questions asked”), a 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.
- Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer.
- Products returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- You may modify your order (with products of the same or higher value) within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped.
- If we cannot supply your order (or a suitable replacement), we will notify you promptly and process a refund for the undelivered items.
